Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We offer calculated shipping rates at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected delivery method. You’ll see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase—no surprises.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Bedding.ly Yours is not liable for any delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If your delivery location is remote or difficult to access, shipping times may be longer than average.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at reachouttobeddinglyyours@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before dispatch.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we take utmost care in packaging, Bedding.ly Yours is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges
At Bedding.ly Yours, we believe in thoughtful craftsmanship and quality. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our returns process simple and stress-free—because your satisfaction means everything to us.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is:

In its original condition — unused, unwashed, and unworn

Returned with original packaging and tags intact

Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing packaging or tags.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Beyond 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

Gift cards

Skincare, cosmetics, or other personal care items

4. How to Start a Return
Initiating a return is easy:

7. Damaged or Wrong Items
We’re so sorry! If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

8. EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
9. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

10. Restocking Fee
A small 2% restocking fee is applied to all returns and will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
