Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Bedding.ly Yours. However, if something isn’t quite right, our simple and transparent refund policy is here to make things easy.

Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items returned that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Page - shipping-returns

  2. Log in using your email address

  3. Enter the verification code sent to your inbox

  4. Select the order and item(s) you want to return

  5. Choose a return reason and include any relevant notes

  6. Click Request Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll send:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Clear return instructions

Important: Items sent without a return request will not be accepted. You can also email us directly at support@beddinglyyours.com for return questions or assistance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at reachouttobeddinglyyours@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s)

We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund—your choice.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, plants, food)

  • Beauty or personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

  • Items marked Final Sale or purchased from Clearance

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or item:

  • Return your original purchase

  • Once your return is approved, place a new order

This ensures you receive the new item quickly and with real-time stock availability.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • In original packaging

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank or card processing times may vary
